    Steve Landerman 

    Stephen C. Landerman

    Steve Landerman has nearly 30 years of experience providing government relations solutions for corporations, associations and non-profit organizations. As President of Landerman Management and as a Partner with Governmental Affairs Management, Inc., he has represented various interests before the Ohio General Assembly and the executive branch of state government.

    He has successfully stopped costly regulations from being enacted, obtained state contracts for his clients, and improved the political environment for numerous industries.

    In addition to leading his own government relations firm, Steve serves as Executive Director of the Ohio Orthopaedic Society, a non-profit association representing more than 450 orthopedic surgeons in Ohio. The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons named him Executive Director of the year in 2008. He was recently engaged to re-organize the Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma. His expertise in association management has put the OSO on a path to increase membership and fiscal stability.

    Steve began his career in state government as Gov. James A. Rhodes’ appointee to the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. As the Assistant Director, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of four offices throughout the state and more than 400 employees. He also coordinated the activities of nine divisions within the department to maintain uniform departmental policy, helped prepare biennial budgets and represented the department at cabinet meetings.

    Prior to founding Landerman Management Associates, Steve was Secretary-Treasurer and Director of Development of Shepherd Hill Corporation, a not-for-profit drug and alcoholism hospital located in Newark, Ohio. As a member of the organization’s first Board of Directors, he was instrumental in a fundraising drive that raised $4.5 million in private donations to build the 72-bed facility.

    Steve serves on the Advisory Board of J.W. Coons and Associates, a financial advisory firm. In addition, he is Past President of the Executive Board of the Columbus Club. He has been an officer in various civic associations, including Jaycees, Lions and Chamber of Commerce.

    He has worked on campaigns at the local, state and national level for over 40 years and was recently named a captain in the Ohio Association of Commodores. 

Steve earned a B.S. in Journalism degree from Ohio University.

    Traci Saliba

    Traci has more than 30 years of combined government and political experience. In 1985 she began her career in state government at the Ohio House of Representatives as a top staffer to Tom Johnson, Chairman of the Finance & Appropriations Committee. She was responsible for all facets of the committee process, directed the day-to-day operations of the legislative office and served as liaison between constituents, government agencies and private industry.

    She served as the media and communications administrator for the Ohio Office of Budget and Management for eight years. While there she developed and implemented processes for managing media communications, public information requests, arranged media interviews and coordinated communication between the governor’s office and state agencies regarding budget and fiscal matters.

    She then worked in Delaware County as Chief Deputy Clerk in the Delaware County Municipal Court and served as Public Information Officer for the Delaware County Board of Commissioners. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine appointed her as his Director of Special Counsel and Third Party Vendors in 2011. She was responsible for overseeing external state debt collections by contracted attorneys and agencies. She also implemented a more efficient collection process for online payments, reconciliations and fee reports.

    Most recently, Traci served in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office as Director of Small Business and Community Outreach where she created an initiative to engage Ohio small businesses and organizations with OAG business and consumer resources. She developed and maintained positive ongoing relationships with local and state business groups, military organizations, chambers of commerce, non-profits, colleges, universities, local school districts, hospitals, trade associations, and other applicable groups.

    She is a graduate of The Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute, a program created by former Ohio House Speaker Jo Ann Davidson to provide leadership training to Republican women who are interested in roles in politics, community and public service. She is a member of the Association of Ohio Commodores and serves on the Board of the Ohio West Virginia Youth Leadership Association. Traci also serves on the Our Lady of Bethlehem School and Childcare Board of Trustees and is a past member of the Ohio Association of Municipal Court Clerks.

    Traci is a member of the Delaware County Republican Party Executive Committee and serves as the Development Chair. She is a Portman for U.S. Senate County Chair and has served as an advisor and active participant in numerous local state and national campaigns throughout her career.

    Traci earned a B.A. in Political Science degree from The Ohio State University. She is married to her husband Jack and is the proud mother of her two sons Jacob and John.

    With more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry, Susan puts her knowledge and expertise to work on behalf of association clients.
